Every year in July, the centre of Dordrecht turns into one big music festival. Big Rivers is free and draws visitors from all over the country.

What can you expect?
- Music on squares, quays and in the harbours, spread across the old town
- A mix of genres, from blues, jazz and rock to funk, pop and indie
- Big names alongside local and surprising acts
- In 2026 there were ten stages and more than 150 performances
Tips for your visit
- Come by train: Dordrecht station is within walking distance of the festival. See getting here.
- It gets busy, especially on Saturday. If you want to look around in peace, come on Friday.
